Yes. Social updates can be published on an automated, systemized basis through Publishing Channels, as well as manually. In both cases, you can specify one or more social profiles that you want to publish content to.
The social update will be scheduled individually for each social profile, and so might be published at different times.
For example, you might have set different Publishing Time Windows for each social profile. You can also set a definite, specific time of publication if you want too, in which case the Publishing Time Windows will be ignored.
